Mana Lomi®

Paul attended training this past Memorial Day Weekend for Level 1 Mana Lomi® massage. Mana Lomi® is based on Hawaiian lomilomi concepts of working with the body, mind and spirit. It is hands on healing that is deep and powerful, yet gentle, giving immediate and long- term results. To earn his Certificate of Endorsement in this modality, Paul needs to complete 15 session with 15 different clients. These sessions that include an intake, 90min treatment and post session assesment are being offered at a fee of $45. Please contact Paul if you are interested in one of these sessions.

Earthsong Yoga

Paul Whittier, the owner of Elements of Bodywork, is also the owner and director of Earthsong Yoga located at 186 Main St, Suite 14 in Marlborough, MA. The studio offers multiple yoga styles, gigong, zumba fitness and wellness workshops.
