Shiatsu
Shiatsu literally means finger pressure. Shiatsu is performed either on a mat on the floor - or on a table. The client remains fully clothed wearing loose fitting clothing. A combination of Acupressure and Assisted-Stretching are used during the session. This treatment helps to loosen tight muscles and joints and relieve stress from your body.

Yoga Bodywork
Similar to Thai Massage, performed either on a mat or on a table. The client remains fully clothed wearing loose fitting clothing. Yoga Bodywork uses a combination of Breathwork, Acupressure, Compression, Assisted Yoga Postures, Reiki and Energy Balancing. This treatment will leave you feeling very relaxed and refreshed while loosening tight muscles and joints.
