Education
Sandra received her class 1 esthetician license in April, 1992 after graduating from the Assabet Valley 300 hour esthetic course. In 1994, she completed her advanced esthetics and spa therapy training from the Catherine Hinds Institute. Sandra returned to Catherine Hinds Institute in 1998 for advnaced esthetics, completing 1200 hours.

In 2001, Sandra completed her 200 hour yoga teacher certification from the International Kundalini Yoga Institute Association at the Baba Siri Chand Yoga Ashram in Millis, MA. She is currently in the process of receiving her 500 hours certification in Kundalini Yoga and Mediation.

Sandra was born in Teceira, Azores Islands, Portugal. Her family moved to Hudson, MA when she was three years old. Sandra lives in Hudson with her husband and daughter. Sandra speaks English, Portuguese, and a little Spanish.
