We are approved by most of the national heath care providers to offer 20% to 25% discounts for massage therapy. The fees listed below are without applying this discount. Referrals and paperwork are NOT required to take advantage of these massage therapy discounts.

Chair massage is offered as an in-call service at Elements of Bodywork or as an on-site service at your place of business. Chair massage counters the circulatory problems inherent with office work—and provides an appreciated break for employees. Even 15 minutes of massage to the neck, back, arms and hands can increase circulation, returning energy levels and helping keep the body injury free. |

Hot towels, hot stones and tuning forks are used as part of this massage to help these stressed out muscles to relax. This massage extends the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage above to the buttocks. The source of lower back pain frequently originates from tightness in the major muscles of the gluteals and legs. Sciatica-like pain patterns can be referred from gluteal and hip flexor muscles. The gluteus maximus or buttock muscle is the biggest of the 639 named muscles in the human body.
